1. Instructions for New Students

• Kindly fill out the form below.
• After the form has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
• You will automatically be added to our waitlist.

2. Registration & Fees

• A $15 non-refundable registration fee is required for enrollment.
• The hourly tutoring rate is $45 per student.

Sibling Discount: Sibling session are done at discounted rate. If a second sibling enrolls, second sibling will receive 10% off the hourly fees.

(This applies only if the siblings are one grade apart (e.g., Grade 1 & Grade 2).

3. Eligibility

• Open to students from Kindergarten to Grade 5.
• Sessions are one-on-one for personalized learning.

4. Schedule & Timings

• Classes will be held every Saturday
• Session is hourly based. One session is for one hour.

Morning Session:

• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Afternoon Session:

• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Parents must arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up.

5. Payment Policy

• All payments must be made in advance before the session begins.
• 24 Hour Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to cancel in time will result in a non-refundable charge for the session.
